As I rummaged through the fridge, I found some steaks just begging to be cooked. Doing some up Yakitori style and the rest I'll just grill on Thursday. This is such a simple dish and it's fun to let your kids help you with it. Plus, I don't know too many kiddos that would pass up eating food off a stick! :) Metal skewers work better here with the steak, but if you don't have any, just make sure to soak your wooden ones in water for 15-20 minutes before adding the meat and veggies. This way they won't catch fire.
