Have you ever looked at a whole chicken and wonder how on earth chefs get 8 lovely pieces cut out of it? I know I have...I ponder, then dismiss and roast the whole thing. Well, after watching this video, I'm not "chicken" about it anymore. (oh, come on, that made you smile a little)
