Memorial Day Weekend

Pin It Now! So what's your plan for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend?  If you've got a cook out scheduled, whatcha makin'??  I'd love to hear your fave recipes for the grill or some kickin' sides.  Do you have any great mixed drink recipes?  
For us, we've got some friends coming over and we are firing up the hubby's smoker.  Not sure what's on the menu....yet.  I might steal one of your ideas!  Share away!
