April 4th week

Well hello fellow chefs.  I am very sorry to say that I won't have a menu for you this week.  I am spending time with family and won't be in my kitchen.  I did; however, make Beef Bourguignon last night and I'm making the Thai rice noodles with peanut sauce tonight.  But, that's the extent of the cooking for this up coming week.  Hopefully you can create a menu for your week from previous posts.  I'll be bringing you a new menu the following week.  :)  Happy cooking!
