Kitchen Technique of the Week

A couple of readers have asked for some info on the proper way to chop an onion. This video is short and sweet and the best part is it's Gordon Ramsay (yeah, I'm a fan) :) Hopefully this will speed up some of your prep and keep those tears at bay! :)
