Have you ever looked at a whole chicken and wonder how on earth chefs get 8 lovely pieces cut out of it?  I know I have...I ponder, then dismiss and roast the whole thing.  Well, after watching this video, I'm not "chicken" about it anymore.  (oh, come on, that made you smile a little) 

It's budget week on my menu this week and nothing says penny saver like buying a whole bird.  Now, you'll be able to have more freedom with different recipes without having to rely on just roasting the whole chicken.  So get chopping and happy cooking!  :)
