Thursday: Grilled Butter Sirloin Steaks

Good ol' steaks tonight.  Nice and simple and serving with a side of green veggies and some sweet potato fries (I buy mine from Trader Joes) Along with some grilled red peppers.

Steamed Artichokes

Serving Size: 4
4 top sirloin beef steaks
1/2 cup butter
4 large garlic cloves, minced
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1. Preheat grill for high heat.
2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
3. In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add in garlic. Set aside on low.
4. Grill steaks for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Brush tops of steaks with half of the garlic butter.
5. Remove from grill and again brush tops with the garlic butter.

Garlic butter on the steaks was good, but I prefer my other marinades. Prob won't make this again.
Loved the grilled peppers though!
